BOOKING POLICIES
When booking services at Kenote Studios, you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing on behalf of the artist/band to abide by the terms and conditions as detailed below.
Mixing Payment
All recording sessions are to be paid in full upon arrival. Studio sessions will not be considered reserved until a 50% deposit is made or PO received. Once a 50% deposit has been received, studio time is then considered confirmed and no other party will be able to book that time. One hour sessions are to be paid in full to book the session. Sessions are billed from the officially booked start time, not from when clients arrive. If you arrive an hour late, that does not mean you will be able to run an hour past the session end time at no extra charge.If you book a same day session, a full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to produce full payment will result in the studio withholding session time, all copies of recordings, and session files until all fees have been paid and funds have cleared.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session; unless we agree on a same day session. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be required to book further sessions and client will be billed for half the time booked. No Call/No shows that have paid a deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable. Cancellations as a result of adverse weather conditions such as snow will be rescheduled.
